ABOUT US
Joined Nippon Steel Corporation in 1992. Has an accounting and finance department background and strengths in cost management, facilities investment budgeting, and management accounting in general. Nakamura has worked on loans together with executives to a poorly performing subsidiary under the control of the Plant Engineering Department in order to restructure its business and created and carried out business plans, reduced staff, and negotiated with financial institutions and successfully performed restructuring work, such as setting up new companies and transferring business operations, while assigned to the management planning department, finance and accounting department, and other departments.
After returning to Nippon Steel Corporation, Nakamura was assigned to the Procurement Department and successfully updated the information system for the Procurement Department leading the system engineer of the NS Solution (then Enicom) as the project manager for building the information systems, as well as experienced facilities procurement, outsourcing work, and contract work outsourcing agreement. After that, while working for Itochu Techno Solution assigned at the Management Planning, BPR Promotion Section, Telecom Sales Department, Sales Process Innovation Section, etc., Nakamura made accomplishments in planning management strategies, rebuilding a business management system, and improving the sales process. With MNM Consulting Japan, Nakamura has successfully made a turnaround in investee corporate restructuring companies as the head of the Management Planning department, as well as successfully improved the profits of American and European companies as the CFO.
In the M&A field, Nakamura planned Japanese market M&A strategies for European companies, helped an American company’s branch in Japan acquire its head office in the United States, worked on MBO and other kinds of consulting, His strengths lie in cross-border M&A and JV arrangement in Asia and Europe.
